1. RAPID TEST ANTIBODI
Sampel yang diambil : Darah
Yang dideteksi : Antibodi/kekebalan tubuh yang ada di darah (serum darah) sehingga pengecekan lebih baik menggunakan plasma darah.
Interpretasi : Jika reaktif, menunjukkan adanya antibodi terhadap infeksi SARS-COV 2, hal ini dapat berarti : - Sedang terinfeksi COVID-19 - Pernah terinfeksi COVID-19 dan dinyatakan sudah sembuh Jika non-reaktif, menunjukkan : - Tidak terinfeksi COVID-19 - Terinfeksi COVID-19 namun antibodi belum terbentuk (infeksi <7 hari) - Terinfeksi COVID-19 namun tidak terbentuk antibodi karena gangguan imunitas tubuh.
2. RAPID TEST SWAB ANTIGEN
Sampel yang diambil : Lendir di mukosa hidung (nasofaring) dan tenggorokan (orofaring) atau nasofaring saja
Yang dideteksi : Materi genetik/protein spesifik dari virus SARS-COV 2.
Interpretasi : Jika positif, kemungkinan besar COVID-19 jika : - Pasien kontak erat dengan pasien probable/terkonfirmasi COVID-19 - Terdiagnosis suspek/probable - Jika positif tanpa gejala tanpa kontak erat, disarankan swab PCR Jika negatif, menunjukkan negatif COVID-19, namun ada kemungkinan : - Antigen yang terbentuk belum cukup banyak, sehingga tidak terdeteksi, jika memiliki riwayat kontak dengan COVID-19 atau sedang bergejala (sebaiknya dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan PCR COVID-19). - Sambil menunggu swab disarankan isolasi mandiri.
3. SWAB TEST PCR COVID-19
Sampel yang diambil : Lendir di mukosa hidung (nasofaring) dan tenggorokan (orofaring) atau nasofaring saja
Yang dideteksi : Materi genetik (RNA) dari virus SARS-COV 2.
Interpretasi : Jika positif, menunjukkan terinfeksi SARS-COV 2 dan disarankan isolasi, serta konsultasi ke dokter. Jika negatif, untuk mendiagnosis COVID-19 sebaiknya dilakukan hingga 2 kali negatif bagi suspek.
